This week I had the opportunity to write a guest blog post for Ron Edmondson.
Pastor Ron is a senior pastor, two-time church planter, ministry consultant and business owner. He also has a seminary master’s and master’s in organizational leadership. He is a man who wears many hats and he is also a gifted writer who writes on the topics of leadership, church and family.

I wrote a 500 word post that describes the type of staff members a senior pastor needs around him. In today’s culture it is more important than ever that a leader have a team around him that can accomplish great things for God’s kingdom.
